We offer an exchange or refund on all scissors if you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of scissors.
Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to send products back to us. All products must be sent via expressed post (with a tracking number) in its original packaging and packaging must not be damaged. We will assess the product upon its return to us and if it qualifies for a refund/exchange, we will arrange this within 5 working days.
Not refundable if you change your mind: Hair combs, scissor oils.
